U16 Players Contribute In Win At All Star/Prospects Game
The 20024 All Star/Prospects game did not disappoint! Team White defeated team Blue in an exciting 2-1 game. Windsor's Nick Rosati's line opened the scoring early making it 1-0. Windsor's Brayden Kane made it 2-0 in the second and that proved to be the game winner! Windsor's Tomas Kniaziew shut the door making some big saves to seal the win for Team White. Windsor forward Santiago Jimenes also playing had a few great chances to help extend the lead but London's goalie came up with a couple big saves. Windsor defenseman Karon Konrad had a strong game as well. He helped create some great scoring chances. Windsor's coaching staff was selected to coach team White. Coach Matt Zuccato was joined with his coaching staff, Al Gibson, Jarrett Tazzman, Nate Crankshaw, Pete Crankshaw and Kelly Tazzman who are now 2-0 in the past couple years. The boys represented the Windsor organization and their teammates proud and know this couldn't be possible without the support of their teammates.
