Bantam ('98's), 2012-2013 (Windsor AAA Zone)

The Windsor Spitfire 98's participated in the Border City Cup from October 5-7, 2012 at the WFCU.  The team started slowly and finished the round robin qualifier playing their cross town rivals, Sun County Panthers.  In this game the Spitfires played a tough and gritty hockey game only to be tied 2-2 with 21 seconds left in the game. The contest ended tied which was followed by a 3 player shootout. The shootout resulted in Sun County getting the extra point and placing 2nd and Windsor 3rd.

Dust off your equipment and get your skates sharpened hockey is starting soon. Please check the calendar often as there are updates and last minute changes based on scheduling conflicts through the last month of summer.

National Sport Team Day has been booked for August 11th, 2012.  This is for the location on Provincial Road near Walker.  Discounts will be available to you on all merchandise, not just hockey.  You need to indicate that you are part of the Windsor Spitfires Major Bantam team.  

Please review the calendar for practices times and exhibition games for the month of August. Remember that arrival time for all games is one (1) hour prior to game start time.  Also the team meetings are listed under events and are on the calendar. If any player is unable to attend, please contact Coach Ciampa ASAP.
