On Saturday, July, 12th the Windsor AAA Zone Minor Midget 99's participated in a team building/bonding activity at Gesstwood Camp & Retreat Centre.
During the course of the day the players were provided the opportunity to achieve success, both as an individual and as part of a team.
Success is not determined by how well individuals or groups perform, but rather by the extent to which they are willing to try something new and work together to accomplish a task. "Challenge by Choice" is in effect at all times on our course.
The coaching staff could not have been more pleased at how well our boys communicated and worked as a group.
