Important Notice for Central Park Athletics
Please see the important notice from management at Central Park Athletics concerning admission into arena.

As you may have already heard, the Provincial Government is mandating certain sectors to require proof of having received two full doses of the COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of accessing indoor facilities. Sports, fitness and recreation facilities fall under this mandate, and as such, effective September 22, 2021 everyone (i.e., coaches, instructors, trainers, board members, parents, spectators and athletes 12 years of age and over) is required to provide physical proof of having received two full doses of the Covid-19 vaccine (doesn’t matter which brand) as well as photo identification in order to be allowed entry into Central Park Athletics. In other words, in addition to completing CPAs Covid-19 Screening Tool, everyone who enters the facility must show proof of vaccination and photo identification to staff prior to being allowed entry. Only those under 12 years of age and individuals who present a medical note indicating that they are exempt from receiving the Covid-19 vaccine will be allowed entry without proof of full vaccination. Please note that this requirement applies to all areas within the facility including the Tortoise & Hare and Clip’n Climb.

Also, as a reminder please reinforce that everyone who is not exercising, eating or drinking within CPA is required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times. Physical distancing (at least 2 meters) and other infection control measures (e.g., handwashing, sanitizing, not touching the eyes, mouth and nose, blowing the nose or coughing into a tissue or the crux of the elbow) should also be adhered to in all areas of the facility. In addition, we continue to clean and sanitize the facility at least daily (high touch surfaces more frequently), to help prevent Covid-19 spread within our facility.

If there are any questions, please contact a member of the board for additional information.
