Tournament Honoree

As part of Windsor AAA Zone's commitment to players, family and our community we will be choosing an representative honoree for our Memorial Cup tournament. During the tournament special ceremonial events will take place to recognize them and at the conclusion our organization will make a donation of the proceeds to a charity of their choice. Please check back soon for more information regarding this years honoree.

Registration Information

There will be a U12(2013) and U13(2012) AAA Division with 10 teams of 2 groups of 5 teams.
Open to all AAA Teams from Canada, United States and international. Periods lengths will be 10-15-15.
4 Round Robin Games guaranteed and will be played Friday and Saturday.
Advancing teams playing Semi-final and final games Sunday.
No Gate Fees

Cost will be $1900.00 CAN or $1450.00 US.
Deposit at Registration is $600.00 CAN or $450.00 US.

You will not be officially registered until deposit or full payment has been received.

Payments can be made by e-transfer to: [email protected], Please identify your team in the memo section or by cheque made out to: “Windsor AAA Zone”, and mail to the following:

 Note: Your team contact will receive a status message information from the registration system.  Once your team is Accepted, payment will be required to confirm your spot.  Once the deposit or full tournament fee payment is received and confirmed, your team will be Confirmed into the tournament.


Registration closes and Full payment is due by June 29, 2024.

***Windsor AAA Zone reserves the right to replace or remove a registered team if there is a competitive level concern of any reason.
The team will receive a full refund should this occur.***


Hotel Booking Information

Hotel Booking information will be posted soon and sent out to teams that are registered and have paid deposit or full tournament fees.


Refund Policy

Teams cancelling for any reason prior to June 29 will receive a FULL refund. Teams that cancel after June 29 will forfeit their fees if a replacement team cannot be found. If a replacement team is found, only the teams’ deposit will be forfeited. Teams will receive a FULL refund of all fees if the tournament is cancelled due to COVID or other related regulations and/or government/municipal restrictions.”
