Dear Windsor Jr. Spitfires Committee and Staff,
I am deeply honored and humbled to receive the Coach of the Year award. This recognition is not only a personal milestone—it’s a reflection of the dedication, teamwork, and shared passion that define our entire organization.
I want to extend my sincere thanks to every member of my staff: Manager Judy Wylie, Assistant Manager Steve Horne, Social Media Manager Sergey Bogdanov, Assistant Coaches Cale Allen, Shaun Horne, Nicholas Wylie, and Goalie Coach Dylan Zelko. Your commitment, support, and belief in our collective vision have been instrumental in everything we’ve achieved. A special thank you to Bobby Trittler, our Mental Health Coach, whose creativity and uplifting spirit have brought invaluable energy to our team.
To the incredible Windsor Jr. Spitfires U13 players—thank you for your hard work, resilience, and dedication. You inspire me every day. Keep pushing yourselves to grow, both on and off the ice. I’m truly proud to have had the privilege of coaching each of you.
