Windsor Jr. Spitfires are proud to announce a partnership with Mynd in Motion by Rob (Bobby) Trittler, MSW, RSW—registered social worker, therapist, and mental conditioning coach. Rob will support our players with the mental side of the game: strengthening self-confidence, managing performance anxiety, regulating emotions, and setting meaningful goals on and off the ice. With a background in hockey as both a player and coach, he understands the unique pressures athletes face.
