Meet the crew - U11 Bob Hannan
Born and raised in LaSalle Ontario, Bob Hannan is the father of two boys in the minor hockey system. His dedication to his team through hard work and passion is second to none. As a coach his proven success has come from being a student of the game, fine tuning his craft and attention to detail. Improvement comes through consistent effort and practice.  His lifelong passion for the game and coaching experience spill into every team he leads.  Coach Bob brings seven years of coaching experience and relentless passion to his role as Head Coach of the U11 AAA program. A driven and committed leader, he sets the tone for a culture built on resilience, accountability, and an unwavering compete level.

Coach Bob believes adversity is one of the greatest teachers in sport. He challenges his players to respond to setbacks with determination, compete through obstacles, and grow stronger in difficult moments. His practices are high-tempo and purpose-driven, designed to push athletes beyond their comfort zones while reinforcing strong habits, hockey IQ, and confidence. Leadership, in Coach Bob’s view, is earned through preparation and perseverance. He expects effort and focus every day, while providing the guidance and structure his players need to succeed. By fostering a team-first mindset and encouraging athletes to hold themselves and each other accountable, he builds not just skilled hockey players — but resilient young leaders.

“Resilience isn’t about avoiding adversity — it’s about embracing it, learning from it, and coming back stronger every single time.”

With seven years behind the bench, Coach Bob leads with energy, integrity, and pride. His mission is to develop athletes who compete hard, handle adversity with confidence, and represent their program with character every time they step on the ice.

Serving as the assistant coach and right hand to head coach Bob Hannan, Mike Stedman is a dedicated mentor whose approach is rooted in a lifelong passion for the game. Growing up in Riverside, Mike progressed through the Windsor and Sun County AAA programs before playing Junior C for the Kingsville Comets and ACHA hockey at Davenport University. This extensive playing background provides him with a deep understanding of the ice, which he now uses to help young athletes reach their full potential both in the game and in life.
