The goal is to develop physical and mental attributes that make you the best player and person possible. Camps run everyday for one week. Players are on ice for three hours daily and will be warming up and cooling down each session. All on ice and dry land programs implement evaluations to validate increased athleticism alongside a specific program to follow on their own.
This sport specific program is guaranteed to make you quicker, stronger, and more skillful . Camps are open to Novice,Atom, and Pee Wee players. There will be limited enrollment for all three groups.There will be group lectures along with constant supervision. See flyer under Clinic in the tab above.
