Midget Major “AAA” Player Evaluations -2012-2013 Season

To: The Windsor Jr. Spitfire Midget Major “AAA” Travel Hockey Team candidates.

Please review the following rule requirements prior to attending player evaluation sessions:  
    All players must have a signed permission to skate form from your respective association if from Windsor, LaSalle and Riverside. 
    If you played previously and live outside of the above association district you require a signed player release form from your respective association prior to our try-out evaluation.  
    Any player wanting to skate without these signed forms will be denied access to this team try-out No exceptions to this rule.

All players must have full hockey gear on for all on ice activities and this includes mouth guards.
Please fill out the Online Team Documents form "Player Info Sheet" and return it at time of registration or during one of the future evaluation dates.
Photocopy of candidate birth certificate must also be submitted at time of form submission.

The tryouts for the Midget team have been posted to the team calendar.
The first day of tryouts is September 4, 2012, and will be scheduled at our new home - Central Park Arena, (previously known as the Ice Park) which is located at the corner of Central and Grand Marais East.
Tuesday, September 4th, 9 to 1030-$15.00
Thursday, September 6th, 9 to 1030-$15.00
Friday, September 7th, 830 to 1100 (2.5 hours)-$20.00
Sunday, September 9th, 300 to 500 (2 hours)-$20.00
Tuesday, September 11th, 900 to 10:30 -$15.00
