Waiver Requests

Bantam Minor and older:

Any player requiring a waiver to go to another centre after April 21, 2017 please attend the Windsor AAA Zone Boardroom Saturday morning April 22, 2017 between 10:00am to 12:00 noon.

The parent and player must attend at the same time.

There will not be any other time for these waivers to be picked up.
