Windsor AAA Zone has been selected as the regional host for the U18AAA championships in April 2023.
This event will feature a representative from each of the 5 hockey member associations from across
Ontario who will each be competing for entry into the national U18AAA championship event. The
regional championship will be hosted at Central Park Athletics beginning April 3 rd until April 10th.

This event will be free for the public to attend and will include community focused activities in addition

Windsor area was extremely important for the entire Windsor AAA Zone association”, said Matt

championship event. Led by head coach Tony Ciampa, the U18 Windsor AAA Zone team features
players from within Windsor-Essex County, Chatham-Kent and other locations within Ontario. “The
opportunity to play at this championship for our local players will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience”
adds Ciampa. “The hard-work has already started and the team is looking forward to continuing to grow
and develop as they prepare for this event.”
