Stay up to date with social media trends and
current best practices.
Ø
Manage intern Social media Coordinator
Ø
develops and distributes information to promote
an organization.
Ø
Maintain a database of media organizations and
contacts within them.
Ø
Manage the company’s or organization’s social
media communications.be responsible for the maintenance of the website;
Ø
Website management (posting articles, updating
calendars, troubleshooting with others)
Ø
Improve awareness of the Windsor Zone to its
members and the community
Ø
Organize bulletin boards with items such as
schedules and standings as required;
Ø
attend all meetings regularly;
Ø
Respond to comments as required and report any
problems or negative social interactions immediately.
Ø
Coordinate content on social media sites that
ensures a consistent message to the various publics that corresponds with the
brand and mission of the University.
Ø
Organization email management (board, coaches,
managers, parents). Includes creating, updating, and communicating with each
group as required
