To be the preferred destination for AAA hockey players in Windsor-Essex County by providing a
holistic and quality athlete development experience led by our core competencies.

Mission Statement 

The Windsor Jr Spitfires are committed to the promotion and development of high-level hockey in Windsor-Essex by maximizing the potential of our players and coaches. We will foster an inclusive environment within which our players, coaches, and staff learn to represent our organization and community on various stages of competition guided by a dedication to personal development, role modeling, and community involvement, specifically to the Windsor, Riverside, and LaSalle communities.
