Nick Swiatoschik joins the U13 AAA team with over 13 years of coaching experience and a strong commitment to player development. He holds D1 and HP1 certifications and has led and supported teams at various high-performance levels.
Most recently, Nick served as Head Coach at the U14 and U15 levels for the past three seasons, and as an Assistant Coach with the U16 team in previous years. His coaching journey reflects a passion for growing the game and helping young athletes realize their potential both on and off the ice.
Coach Nick believes in building a positive team culture where players are encouraged to take ownership of their development. He emphasizes individual skill development, hockey IQ, and mental toughness, preparing players to compete and succeed at the next level. His coaching style is organized, disciplined, and rooted in a team first mentality.
