On Saturday, December 27th the 1999 Windsor AAA Spitfires took some time away from the Toronto Marlboros Holiday classic to visit former Windsor AAA Alumni Hunter Smith and Dan Robertson at the GM Center in Oshawa home to the Oshawa Generals.
The 99's took to the ice for a short practice with assistant coach Eric Wellwood joined by both Dan and Hunter. After practice, Windsor native D.J Smith head coach of Oshawa held a brief meeting with the players & parents to discuss the Oshawa Generals hockey club and gave a guided tour of the lockeroom.
The 99's would like to thank Rocco Tullio, Roger Hunt, DJ Smith, Eric Wellwood, Hunter Smith and Dan Robertson for making this an enjoyable day for all.
