Congratulations to the 2008's and their series clinching game last night in Chatham with a 4-3 victory! It was a competitive and hard fought battle by both teams, but the Jr Spits came out on top victorious, sealing the game with only 4 seconds to go. Having to come back from 2 games down, the players never gave up working hard and playing as a team. To accomplish this achievement, the team could not lose and were able to go 3W , 1T in the last 4 games to move on to the semis. Great job boys, we are all very proud of you!!!! A special thank you to Chatham's coaching staff and parents on their true sportsmanship. Best of luck to them for the rest of their season ahead!

Congratulations to our players and families on a remarkable weekend at the Nations Cup. All the hard work, enthusiasm, sportsmanship and determination the boys displayed was incredible. We are very proud of them. Cheering on our fellow Canadian teams whole heartedly was an experience, one the boys will remember forever. Our team ended with a loss to Chicago Fury in the finals, one the top teams in our division in the USA. The support from each and every one of the families made it possible to accomplish a second place win in this tough competitive tournament. Again, we are very proud of how they represented our Country, team and our Organization! Great job boys!!

What a great victory against the London Jr. Knights. The coaching staff is very proud of the boys for their focus and determination. The competition was fierce, yet the JR. Spits played hard and won!!! After the game, a celebration was in order as they had a blast at Central Ice Park's Clip & Climb, followed by a pizza party. Well deserved reward for the PeeWee Minor Players!!! Keep up the great work.

It was a fun filled weekend for our group that included a team bonding bus trip, exploring downtown Nashville and also attending a Nashville Predators game. The schedule was packed tight however everyone was extremely cooperative, always smiled and every minute was enjoyed by all. We have an amazing hockey family, excited for more to come throughout the season!
