Major Midget (00,99), 2016-2017 (Windsor AAA Zone)

Congratulations to the Windsor AAA Midget team for winning the 2016-17 International Silver Stick Championship.  The team went 3-0-1 in pool play beating the teams 19-7 in goals scored.   The semi final game was a defensive battle with Richmond Coyotes, but Windsor prevailed in the end with a shutout win of 1-0 advancing to the final.

Congratulations to the following players for being selected to the Alliance Hockey Midget Major All Star team; Kory Silverio Grant Spence  Dylan Weston Evan Ferguson Gianluca Pizzuto Abdul Abouzeeni James Walker  Also selected to this team is the coaching staff of the Windsor Spitfire team, Kyle Makaric and his staff. Good luck at the all star showcase.

Tryouts are fast approaching and all players are reminded to bring full equipment including neck guards and full mask masks. Each tryout is $20 paid prior to going on the ice. Any questions please contact the coaching staff. Good Luck - first session is September 5, 2016 at 9:00pm
