Atom (04), 2014-2015 (Windsor AAA Zone)

 February 5th was an exciting day for the 04’ Spits as the boys had a chance to take part in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and host an exhibition contest with the Australian ’02 Select Team as they worked their way through Canada on route to the Quebec International Peewee Tournament. 

On Saturday November 29th the '04 Windsor Junior Spitfires were given  the tremendous opportunity of volunteering their efforts towards a great cause as the team headed to the Windsor Downtown Mission and Food Bank.

The boys had a great weekend of high caliber hockey and they sure played their hearts out! It was specially inspiring to watch that last game against Chicago and how the boys did not hang their heads in disappointment but rather took pride in the great effort that they put out. Awesome stuff! And above all it was great to be able to compete against some of the top ’04 teams in North America. It is always an eye-opening experience to see what is out there!
